For Returns, they accept unworn and unwashed products in their original packaging within 30 days from your purchase date. However, they will not accept returns that do not pass their inspection and they are unable to return those items back to you. Orders placed with the free gift promotion must also return the gift item. All monogram/embroidered products are final sale. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges and gift wrapping are non-refundable.
